
Victoria Grasland
Victoria’s passion for teaching Pilates began after witnessing her mother’s incredible recovery from six herniated discs—going from being unable to sit up on her own to living pain-free. Inspired by this transformation, Victoria dedicated herself to helping others feel strong, confident, and pain-free through Pilates.
With over nine years of experience teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates, Victoria believes Pilates is for everyone—whether you’re recovering from an injury, building strength and tone, or working on balance. Her goal is to help clients feel their best, both physically and mentally, through movement.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Victoria outdoors, staying active with her 6-year-old son, Mac, and her 12-year-old dog, Lyla. She can’t wait to see you in class!
